Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be processed.
How to Request: Email us at hello@germanmantra.in with your name, registered email, and reason for refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not applicable if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed, or after the 7-day window has passed.
Coupon/Discount Orders: Refunds for discounted orders will be for the amount paid, not the original price.
